The Animal School -
I found the comparison between the animals and our public schooling system astounding. It is so true how so students do so well and excel in areas that they were made for, but still the system makes them try to be amazing in things that they weren't built for. For example, the duck was so good at swimming, but he wasn't good at running, so he had to work less on growing in his running to work on something he was not created for, this in turn wore out his feet, which caused him to lose the ability of excellent swimming. This is comparable to a high school student is an incredible mathematician, but not a good speller. In order to succeed in mathematics, you don't have to be a super speller. So instead of worrying about learning how to spell words, he should be focused on nurturing his math skills. However, all this is not to say that we shouldn't grow in areas we aren't good at. I would never agree that you should only work on what you're good at, and forget other things, otherwise, there would never be personal growth.

Honest College -
I didn't really like this satire at all. I found it dumb at not even funny, it was trying to hard. But I do understand the concept and what it was trying to accomplish. It made sense that they were basically saying how college is, but I don't believe all colleges are like this, and I wish they could have made it funny without only focusing on the negatives. Some of the things were so strange, and when you watch it you think "why would anyone do this" but then you realize that you have done that same thing and didn't realize how dumb you were while doing it.
